Astral and Umbral are the two primordial forces that define the world of Realms of Itheria. Nearly every race, culture, and supernatural power ultimately traces its origins to one of these cosmic energies.

Neither force is inherently good nor evil.

Instead, they embody two opposing philosophies that together sustain the balance of existence.

Without Astral there would be no permanence.

Without Umbral there would be no growth.
